Middle School Matters!
Welcome to the 2019/2020 School Year

Welcome to the South Tahoe Middle School website!  This is a great way to
connect with South Tahoe Middle School.  Here you'll find so much information
about our school and staff.

PACK News:  Congratulations parents!  We counted a total of 281 volunteer hours for the first trimester.  Parents volunteered by playing basketball at lunch, providing adult supervision in our hallways, lunchroom, blacktop and track, working in our copy room, supporting teachers, helping with clubs, and running schoolwide activities such as the Color Run and 6th Grade Olympics.  We are grateful for your service!  We welcome all parents to volunteer on campus as part of our parent volunteer program PACK: Parents Always Care for Kids.  Pick up our short volunteer application in the front office and join us! Trainings are offered the first Monday of every month in room 13, at 2:00, or by appointment.  Consider joining PACK as a great way to support students at STMS.

Timberwolf Pat-on-the-Back student recognition program: Congratulations to the 57 students honored last trimester with a Timberwolf-Pat-on-the-Back!  We are grateful for your acts of kindness, responsibility, honesty, service, and helpfulness. We would like to recognize our first new recipients for Trimester 2:  Aidan Shook, Lily Weitzel, Yahir Marquez Montes, and Cameron Bridges-Walker. We are proud of you and grateful for your part in creating a positive STMS community.
